We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Cheshire Roof Repairs, a well-established roofing company. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to grow with us as we expand into the Solar and Renewable energy sector.

As the first point of contact for our organisation, it’s crucial that our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and can interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

The Role

· Based in Knutsford/Mobberley

· Salary competitive

· Hours – 8.00am to 4.00pm: Monday to Friday

· On job training to be given.

Experience, Skills and Attributes

* Excellent communication and customer service skills with people at all levels

* Previous customer services and admin experience preferred

* Professional approach at all times

* Good written, oral and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work on own initiative and work for long periods alone

* Attention to detail – crucial

* Able to work within a busy and varied environment

* Proactive solution seeker with can do, will do attitude

* Good IT skills and working knowledge of excel, outlook, word and Powerpoint.

* Essential to be able to multitask and prioritise tasks
